Reporting Product Issue

DRAP would like to hear from the consumers about their concerns, if they have experienced any problem with the use of a therapeutic good (e.g. drugs, vaccine, medical device or alternative medicine, etc.) or had any adverse event associated with its use.

General Complaints and Suggestions

DRAP welcomes feedback, complaints and suggestions from the general public as well as stakeholders to assist us to correct any problems with our operations and improve the quality of our work. For more information on our complaint redress process please navigate to Guidelines on Complaint handling. In addition, Citizen can also use Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP) Mobile Application (available on both Android and iOS) for making a complaints and sharing suggestions to us. Another option is Federal Ombudsman (Wafaqi Mohtasib’s CMIS) which is given below.
